Jarvis Backups is a private utility operated by Lumaere for storing encrypted backups in Google Drive. It is not offered as a public service.
The application uses Google Drive authorization to upload, list and retrieve backup files created by the application. It requests the drive.file scope to limit access to files used by this application.
Backup contents are encrypted before upload. Google Drive stores the encrypted backup files. The encryption password is not uploaded with them.
Authorization credentials are stored on the private server to maintain access to the connected Google Drive account. They are not publicly accessible.
Jarvis Backups does not sell personal information or share Google user data with advertisers. Data is transferred to Google Drive solely to provide the backup functionality.
Backup files are retained until deleted by the operator. Access can be revoked through the connected Google Account.
